Party setup will be changed a little, swap 2 DD for 2 BLMs and you are good to go. Strategy also change a little because this boss is very ANNOYING with its normal attack being cone and gives a lot of negative status effect, the kicker is one of its normal attack can strip you and make you unable to wear any gears for sometime plus give gravity effect on top of that. Yeah that is really suck and is why BLM is much preferred. I use PLD/WAR for this because it make my life as kiter much easier, bring defense/HP gear set and Terra’s Staff for super tanking purpose as well.

I don’t Sleepga 2 right away after pop but rather hold boss and adds super tanking style (make sure nobody med when pop them) while 3 BLM sleep each leech individually after all adds are slept I kite boss around the lake, boss has speed movement enhanced but it due to poor pathing and its normal attack being range attack it stop a lot and never catch up, despite its normal attack is range you can avoid it by being too far it will stop just like when monster use ability but target is our of range but this won’t show in log.

For some reason hate will mess up when few leeches are killed so I have to tag boss, actually super tanking just buy you more free time if you don’t familiar with it can just tag boss since beginning and kite around pond, work just fine. Also remember to switch back to hate gear set instead of full defense too. BLMs timed nuke add for start and put gravity on then just kite and nuke until it dies, rest (try not to rest close to lake because kiter will have to run around it and sometimes boss cone attack will hit BLMs) and repeat.

After all add die BLM take turn nuke and run around the lake much like how you fight Kaiser Behemoth in NW Apollyon.

This week on Bismarck server Batallia Downs (S), Garlaige Citadel (S) and Rolanberry Fields (S) fall under Beastmen control so I’m forced to do other area instead. I’m thinking about The Eldieme Necropolis (S) for a shot at shield skill Adaman Breastplate, Sauromugue Champaign (S) because it is only uncapped area Windurst controls and Pashhow Marshlands (S) because a peiste sounds much more pleasure than an en-curse funguar. Really looking for ward to this weekend, hopefully can get those ANNM battle done!
